Ciridae does not “sell” personal information and does not “share” personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide a mechanism to opt out via a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.
Retention. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes described above, taking into account applicable legal, tax, and operational retention requirements.
Your California privacy rights. Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to: (1) Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; (2) Delete personal information; (3) Correct inaccurate personal information; (4) Portability—receive certain information in a portable format; (5) Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not currently applicable per the statement above); (6) Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (to permitted purposes only); and (7) be free from Non‑Discrimination for exercising these rights.
How to exercise your rights. You may submit requests by emailing privacy@ciridae.com or by writing to us at the address in Contact Us. If we enable an online request form or “Do Not Sell or Share” link, we will provide it on the Site. To protect your privacy, we will verify your request using information associated with your account or interactions with us. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
Financial incentives. We do not offer programs that provide financial incentives or price/service differences in exchange for personal information. If we offer such a program in the future, we will provide a summary of the material terms and how to opt in or opt out.
Shine the Light. California Civil Code §1798.83 permits users who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Do Not Track. The Site may not respond to “Do Not Track” signals due to lack of a consistent industry standard.
