Knight Commercial was running more than 1,700 construction jobs a year atop broken systems. Information lived in disconnected SaaS tools. Billing discrepancies went undetected. Financial close took weeks of manual work. Employees were hamstrung by the volume of tasks and a lack of real-time visibility. Fundamentally, Knight was being held back by its software.
What we built
Ciridae built Knight an AI Operating System that records, coordinates, and acts upon all of Knight’s information, engineered to specifically reflect the way Knight worked. It is:
- AI commissions calculation agent with plain-language summaries, eliminating hours of monthly manual work
- Live project-level cost recognition and financial dashboards that surface margin variances, cost overruns, and billing gaps as they happen
- AR/AP processed by AI, with automatic aging and dunning monitoring built in
- End-to-end platform covering the full project lifecycle, from CRM to close, replacing a fragmented stack of manual processes with one operating system
- Role-based workflow controls that enforce process at every step
Critically, the platform enabled operating-model transformation. Knight rebuilt how the business runs in lock-step with what we shipped. The results land in weeks, not quarters.
